For busy brains, tired bodies, and witches with exactly one spoon left. ⏱️🕯️
You don’t need:
- a full altar reset
- a grove
- a cauldron the size of a bathtub
- or three hours of chanting
…for every Sabbat.
This page is your “bare minimum but still meaningful” menu:
each Sabbat gets tiny, 10-minute-or-less rituals that count fully as celebration.
You can:
- do just one
- mix-and-match
- or use these as a base and add more when you have capacity
A Simple 10-Minute Sabbat Template
Use this as a skeleton you can dress for any festival:
- Arrive (2 minutes)
- Sit or lie down.
- Take three slow breaths.
- Say: “Today is [Sabbat]. I am here. That’s enough.”
- Do One Thing (5–6 minutes)
- Light a candle, make a drink, write a few words, move your body a little— something that matches the Sabbat’s vibe.
- Close (2 minutes)
- Say a simple line of gratitude or intention.
- Blow out/snuff the candle (if you used one).
- Drink water or have a snack to ground.
That’s it. That’s a whole ritual.
Below are Sabbat-specific ideas you can plug into Step 2.

When You Truly Only Have 2–3 Minutes
If 10 minutes is too much, pick one of these all-purpose micro-practices for any Sabbat:
🕯 The One-Breath Ritual
- Light a candle (or imagine one).
- Inhale: “I am here.”
- Exhale: “That is enough.”
Done.
✍️ The Single Sentence
- In your journal or phone, write: “[Sabbat]: Today, I need ______.”
- Fill it in honestly.
- That awareness is spellwork.
💧 The Water Spell
- Take a sip of water.
- Think: “I choose to care for my body, just a little, today.”
Reminder Box for the Page
You might want a little box somewhere on this page that says:
If I:
- lit a candle,
- drank water with intention,
- wrote one line,
- or simply acknowledged the Sabbat and chose rest—
I did celebrate.
The Wheel turns whether I dance around it or wave from bed.
Your craft doesn’t get more “real” when it’s complicated.
It deepens when it’s honest and repeatable—even in 10 minutes. 🌾🕯️✨
