From a young age, I felt different. While other kids were playing games, I was hugging trees, talking to the moon, and feeling the hum of the earth beneath my feet. I wasn’t just playing pretend; I was listening.
I was the inquisitive child in Sunday school who drove the teachers crazy. I was the one raising my hand to ask, “Did Buddha and Jesus ever hang out?”
(Spoiler alert: That didn’t go over well.)
But that curiosity never left me. For decades, I was a seeker. I dabbled in tarot, collected crystals, and studied herbal medicine. I tried on different spiritual paths like shoes at the mall, but nothing felt like the perfect fit. I felt like I was circling a secret, but I couldn’t quite find the key.
The Fire and the Focus
Then, one day, everything clicked.
I stumbled upon the history of the “Burning Times“—the witch hunts of the past. In that moment, the fear vanished, and the truth settled in my bones. I realized that being a “witch” wasn’t about being scary or evil. It was about being wise. It was about being a healer, a protector, and a woman who knows her own power.
I realized I didn’t have to choose just one path.
