One wheel, eight touchpoints, zero pressure. 🌾🕯️
This planner is meant to be a bird’s-eye view of your year:
- a place to jot intentions for each Sabbat,
- note simple ideas in advance,
- and see your whole Wheel at once without getting overwhelmed.
Think of it as a mood board + planning altar, not a to-do list.
You can turn this into:
- a 1–2 page printable,
- a spread in your grimoire,
- or a digital template (Notion, GoodNotes, etc.).
I’ll give you:
- intro copy,
- layout suggestions,
- and the exact prompts/labels you can drop into your design.

You can put this at the top or on a separate “instructions” page:
🌿 Year-at-a-Glance Sabbat Planner
This spread is here to help you gently map out your Wheel of the Year—
not to pressure you into eight perfect rituals.
Use it to:
- choose a theme for each Sabbat
- scribble simple ritual ideas or foods you’d like to make
- note rest days, boundaries, and support you’ll need
You are not required to:
- celebrate every Sabbat
- stick to what you write here if life changes
- do anything more than a 2-minute candle spell
Treat this as a conversation with your future self,
not a contract you’re trapped in.
You can add a little reminder box:
Tip: Fill this in lightly at the start of the year, then update it as each Sabbat approaches.
Plans are allowed to change.
Page 2 – The Wheel Grid (8 Boxes)
Layout idea:
- A circle with 8 boxes around it, or
- Two columns of 4 boxes (easier for printing).
Each Sabbat gets the same mini-structure.
Here’s the content you can use verbatim inside each box.
For Each Sabbat Box
Header:
[SABBAT NAME] – Date (approx): ______
Then 4–5 mini prompts:
- Season / Land Notes: What’s actually happening in the land & weather where I live?
- Theme / Intention: One word or phrase for this Sabbat (e.g., rest, courage, gratitude, release)
- Tiny Ritual Idea (10 minutes or less):
- Food / Drink / Offering (optional):
- Support & Boundaries: What do I need (or need to say no to) around this time?
You can keep it open so people can write as much/ little as they like.
Example Filled-In Box (for your reference / mockup)
(You don’t have to print this example, but you could include one as a sample in your grimoire.)
Samhain – Oct 31 / May 1
Season / Land Notes:
Trees thinning, colder nights, spooky decor everywhere.
Theme / Intention:
Honest endings & remembering my dead.
Tiny Ritual Idea:
Light one candle, say names of beloved dead, pull 1 tarot card: “What can I release?”
Food / Drink / Offering:
A cup of tea for me + a small plate of something for the ancestors.
Support & Boundaries:
Plan for grief; no social plans the next morning if possible. Limit horror content.

🕯 My promise to myself:
“Any Sabbat I only have energy to mark with a single candle, a breath, or a kind thought still counts.
I’m building rhythm, not perfection.”
