28-Day Lunar Lifestyle Planner (Printable)

Gentle rhythm, not a productivity challenge. 🌙🗓️

This planner is meant to be a soft container for one lunar cycle—about 28 days, from New Moon to just before the next New Moon.

It’s here to help you:

  • stay in conversation with the Moon and your own energy
  • build small, doable witchy habits
  • track how you feel without turning your life into a performance review

You can print these pages, use them in a digital notebook, or simply copy the structure into your own grimoire.

You are never required to fill in every box. This planner is an altar, not a test.

How to Use This Planner

  • Treat Day 1 as your New Moon day (or whenever you decide to start).
  • Move through Days 1–28 at your own pace. If you miss days, just pick up where you are—no need to “catch up.”
  • Each day, choose one tiny witchy action or self-supportive action.
  • At the end of the cycle, look back and notice patterns—no judging.

You can:

  • Use the full planner when you have capacity
  • Use only the “tiny actions” + “mood/energy” rows on low-spoon months
  • Ignore it entirely some cycles – and that’s okay too

Below is the content you can turn into a pretty printable / PDF layout.

  • 1 card pull
  • lit a candle with intention
  • drank water mindfully
  • wrote 1 sentence in my grimoire
  • deleted one draining app/email
  • took meds on time and named it a spell

“Today’s Small Win” is anything like:

  • “Got out of bed.”
  • “Sent that email.”
  • “Didn’t over-apologize.”
  • “Cried instead of bottling it.”

🌙 Weekly / Phase Check-Ins

Days 1–7 – New & Early Waxing: Beginning & Gentle Action

  • How did my energy feel overall this week?
  • One thing I did to support my intention:
  • One thing that was harder than I expected:
  • One way I was kind to myself:

Days 8–14 – Waxing to Full: Growth & Illumination

  • Where did I notice progress (even small)?
  • What felt “louder” emotionally as the Moon grew?
  • One tool or practice that helped me regulate:
  • Something I’m proud of from this week:

Days 15–21 – Waning: Release & Protection

  • What did I let go of (physically, mentally, emotionally)?
  • Did I say any important “no’s”? To whom/what?
  • Where did I reinforce boundaries or protection?
  • One thing I wish I could release more of:

Days 22–28 – Dark to New: Rest & Reset

  • How did rest show up for me (or not)?
  • What feels truly “done” from this cycle?
  • What am I carrying forward into the next cycle?
  • One thing I want to tell my future self:

Page 5 – Elemental & Self-Care Tracker (Optional)

This page is for when you want to layer in elements + self-care without getting intense.

🌙 Elemental & Self-Care Tracker (Pick a few days, not all)

Create a simple weekly-style grid:

Day / DateEarth 🌿 (body, home)Air 🌬 (mind, words)Fire 🔥 (will, action)Water 💧 (feelings, rest)Spirit ✨ (meaning, connection)

Instructions at top:

Each day (or a few days a week), mark one small thing you did in any of these areas.

This is not about perfection—it’s about noticing that you’re already tending your life.

Examples:

  • Earth: ate a meal, stretched, took meds, tidied.
  • Air: journaled, read a page, had a real conversation, asked a question.
  • Fire: did a scary thing, sent a message, made a decision.
  • Water: cried, took a bath, drank water, watched a comfort show.
  • Spirit: lit a candle, shuffled cards, prayed, savored a beautiful moment.

🌙 End-of-Cycle Reflection

Use these prompts or pick a few:

  1. This cycle’s theme turned out to be:
  2. Three things that went well (or at least better than before):
  3. Three things that were hard or painful:
  4. Patterns I noticed in my energy/mood across the phases: (If none, that’s okay too.)
  5. Magic I did this cycle (no matter how small):
  6. Mundane actions that supported my magic / well-being:
  7. What I’m proud of myself for:
  8. What I want to invite into the next cycle:
  9. What I’m ready to release moving forward:

Closing affirmation space:

“I moved through this lunar cycle as best I could with what I had.

That is enough.

I step into the next cycle with what I’ve learned,

leaving shame and perfectionism behind.”
